GSS Ilorin 97 Set Celebrates Ajia at 47, Prays for Continued Success

The 1997 Set of Government Secondary School (GSS), Ilorin, Kwara State, has felicitated with the Dan Amanan Fune of the Fune Emirate, Yobe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, Ph.D., on the occasion of his 47th birthday.

In a goodwill message signed by 97 Set President, Prof. Fatai Sambo on behalf of the 1997 Set, the group described Ajia as a distinguished alumnus whose achievements, character, commitment to humanity and contributions to society have continued to make his alma mater proud.

The 97 Set congratulated the security expert, businessman, philanthropist and community leader for attaining the milestone, noting that his journey since leaving the school reflects the values of discipline, hard work, service and perseverance.

According to the group, Ajia’s accomplishments in his professional, humanitarian and community engagements demonstrate the importance of investing in people and using one’s position to positively impact society.

The former students particularly commended his commitment to empowering the less privileged, supporting young people and contributing to initiatives aimed at promoting peace, security and development.

“On behalf of the entire 1997 Set of Government Secondary School, Ilorin, we warmly celebrate our own brother and distinguished alumnus, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, Ph.D., on the occasion of his 47th birthday.

“We thank Almighty Allah for His grace, protection and blessings upon your life and for the opportunity to witness another remarkable year of your journey.

“As you celebrate this special milestone, we pray that Almighty Allah grants you many more years in good health, wisdom, peace and prosperity. May He continue to guide your footsteps, strengthen you in your service to humanity and bless the works of your hands,” the statement said.

The group also prayed for greater opportunities and accomplishments for Ajia, asking Almighty Allah to grant him the wisdom and courage to continue making meaningful contributions to his community, the state and Nigeria at large.

The 97 Set further prayed for divine protection over him and his family, saying: “May Allah preserve you, elevate you, open greater doors of favour and honour before you, and grant you the desires of your heart that are beneficial to you and humanity.”

The group expressed confidence that the celebrant would continue to distinguish himself as an ambassador of his alma mater and a source of inspiration to younger generations.

It wished Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia a happy 47th birthday and many more years of fruitful service, fulfilment and impactful accomplishments.
