Ogunbote Rejoins Shooting Stars

The former Coach of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) Gbenga Ogunbote has rejoined the club.

His last coaching in Football Sport was Remo Stars,Ikenne,Ogun State.He won CAF Confederation slot for the Club in the last Football season.

Ogunbote, fondly called ‘The Oracle’, was on Monday officially appointed as the new coach of the Oluyole Warriors, following his unveiling at the Lekan Salami stadium.

This is the third time Ogunbote will handle 3SC, having coached the Ibadan Warlords twice in the past.

During his previous times with the club, the much respected coach had won the hearts of Ibadan soccer fans after rescuing their darling team from relegation on two occasions.

His experiences in the round leather game made him a popular choice for the Oluyole Warriors.

Expectedly, the Coach would be in the saddle next season for the 3SC that struggled to escape relegation.

Stakeholders in Oyo Football hoped for the best in other to avoid unfavourable pasts that have threatened the superior position of the Club in Nigeria.
