Gombe SUBEB Chairman Meets Staff to Foster Collaboration, Improve Performance

The Chairman of Gombe State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Hon. Babaji Babadidi, convened a general meeting with all staff at the SUBEB headquarters in a bid to enhance productivity and promote synergy within the organization.
Abubakar Musa Papa SUBEB Information and Protocol Unit explained that the meeting aimed to familiarize the new board members with the staff, reinforce adherence to civil service guidelines, and promote a spirit of cooperation and sportsmanship among staff and management.
Hon. Babadidi also emphasized the importance of punctuality and task performance.
Presentations were delivered by key board members. One presentation, from the Full Time Member I, Dr. Gambo Adamu focused on the dangers of gossiping and leaking official secrets, while another, from the Full Time Member II, Dr. Hauwa’u Umar addressed the issue of theft and  diversion of government property while Full time member III *Hon. Chala Victor* spoke about the implication of tarnishing and denting the image of  SUBEB by staff.
The chairman further underscored these points, stressing the need for integrity and dedication to duty as his new dispensation aims to work collectively towards achieving the goals of Governor Inuwa Yahaya in the basic education level in the state through SUBEB.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with several officers being commended by the chairman for their outstanding conduct and work ethic.

Honouroble Babadidi also extended an open-door policy, inviting staff to seek his advice and mentorship on their assignments.
The interaction was well-received by staff, marking a productive step towards achieving SUBEB’s goals.
