The President/CEO of Funab Group of Companies Ltd and the Dan Amanar Fune Emirate of Yobe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, has felicitated with the Chairman, Kwara State Traditional Council, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the people of Kwara State, and the Muslim Ummah across the globe on the occasion of Eid-ul-Maolid, the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him).

In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Ajia described the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as a blessing not only to Muslims but to the whole of mankind. He noted that the Prophet’s noble life, sublime character, and divine mission continue to guide humanity towards peace, justice, compassion, and unity.

Ajia urged Muslims to emulate the exemplary lifestyle and teachings of the Prophet as a foundation for personal growth and national development. “As a nation, Nigeria is in dire need of unity, harmony, and peaceful coexistence among its diverse people. May the spirit of Eid-ul-Maolid inspire us to embrace love over hatred, understanding over suspicion, and brotherhood over division,” he prayed.

While praying for Nigeria’s unity, progress, and sustainable development, Ajia also charged the global Ummah to intensify prayers and efforts for peace across the world.

According to him, “the world is grappling with conflicts, intolerance, and injustices, and Muslims everywhere must rise as ambassadors of the Prophet’s message of mercy and compassion, working tirelessly to promote justice, fairness, and mutual respect.”

He further extended warm wishes to Muslims worldwide, praying that the blessings of the sacred commemoration would guide their steps and strengthen their faith.

“On behalf of my family, Funab Group of Companies Ltd, and the Fune Emirate of Yobe State, I wish all Muslims a spiritually uplifting Eid-ul-Maolid. May the blessings of this commemoration remain with us, guiding our steps and strengthening our faith,” the statement concluded.
