Abeokuta North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Lanre Oyegbola has swore-in and administered the oath of office to 80 State appointees drawn from the 16 wards of Abeokuta North Local Government.

The 80 appointees were recently appointed by Governor Dapo Abiodun, as Senior Political Assistants and Political Assistants.

In his remark at the oath taking, Hon. Oyegbola told the new Appointees that the exercise is not just a ceremony, but a call to service — a reminder that leadership is about commitment, loyalty, and delivering dividends of democracy to our people.

Saying, “I charge all newly sworn-in appointees to uphold the confidence reposed in them by our dear Governor and to see their appointments as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth of our local government and Ogun State at large.”

“Together, we will continue to strengthen the bond between government and the grassroots, ensuring that every ward in Abeokuta North feels the impact of good governance.”
