- Urges Nigerians to Come Together in Unity, Love
President, Chief Executive Officer of Funab Group of Companies Ltd, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia has congratulated the Chairman Kwara’s Council of Traditional rulers and the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, Kwarans and Nigerians in general on the occasion of Eidul Adha, he noted that, it is a special time of the year to celebrate the spirit of sacrifice and generosity.
Ajia urges all Kwarans to use the essence of the occasion to come together in unity, love, and harmony, and to extend the same spirit to all Nigerians.
Ajia stated this in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by his Director of Communications, Malam Abdulrahman Aliagan and made available to Journalists.
According to the statement, “I want to extend my warmest congratulations to the Chairman, Kwara’s Council of Traditional rulers and Maimartaba, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari and all Kwarans on the occasion of Eidul Adha. This is a special time of the year when we celebrate the spirit of sacrifice and generosity.
“I urge all Kwarans to use the essence of this occasion to come together in unity, love, and harmony, and to extend the same spirit to all Nigerians.”
The statement further stated, “Let us use this opportunity to reflect on the values of sacrifice, compassion, and sharing that are central to this occasion and to apply them in our daily lives.
“Let us strive to build a more peaceful, prosperous, and inclusive society where everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources.”
The Ilorin-born Security expert and Politician however calls on Muslim faithful to remember those in need an extend helping hands to them.
He said, “As we celebrate Eidul Adha, let us remember those in need and extend a helping hands to the less privileged in our communities and embrace our diversity as a source of strength and celebrate our shared humanity.
The statement added “Together, we can build a better future for ourselves, our families and our nation.
“Once again, I extend my warmest greetings to all Kwarans and wish you a happy and blessed Eidul Adha.” The statement concludes.
