Ajia Mourns Tragic Accident at University of Ilorin

Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, the President/CEO of Funab Group of Companies Ltd, has expressed his profound sorrow and condolences following a tragic motor accident that occurred on the campus of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) this afternoon.

The accident, which resulted in the death of one student and injuries to several others, has deeply saddened Funab President.

In a statement signed by his Director of Communications, Malam Abdulrahman Aliagan and made available to Journalists, Friday in Abuja.

Alhaji Ajia conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the entire UNILORIN community, the family of the deceased student, and those who were injured in the accident.

“We are deeply saddened by this tragic incident that has claimed the life of a young student and brought pain to others,” said Alhaji Ajia.

“I extend my sincere condolences to the university, the family of the deceased, and all those affected by this devastating accident. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time.”

Alhaji Ajia went on to wish the injured students a speedy and full recovery, and he encouraged the UNILORIN community to come together to support one another in this challenging time.

The Ilorin-born politician and security expert said, “We stand in solidarity with the University of Ilorin community, the affected students and their families, and we share in their grief over this tragic loss.” The statement concludes.
