Ambassador Abdulraheem presents Letters of Credence to President Kabore

Nigeria’s Ambassador to Burkina Faso, Misitura Abdulraheem has presented her Letters of Credence to President Roch Kabore as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Burkina Faso.


The special ceremony held at the Presidential Villa, Kosyam saw Ambassador Abdulraheem inspect the Guard of Honour.


She was also granted an audience by President Kabore, where the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of President Muhammadu Buhari and the people of Nigeria to President Kabore and the people of Burkina Faso.


According to her, Nigeria and Burkina Faso enjoy excellent bilateral relations that have strengthened over the years.


A press statement from the Embassy of Nigeria in Ouagadougou quoted the Ambassador as saying “Nigerians and Burkinabe share similar way of life, traditions and cultural values”
