1 Mins read

The President of Funab Group of Companies Ltd, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Christians across Nigeria and beyond on the occasion of the 2025 Easter celebration, urging them to embrace the spirit of the season and offer fervent prayers for the nation and its leaders.

In a statement signed by his Director of Communications, Malam Abdulrahman Aliagan, and made available to journalists today, in Abuja, Ajia emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from the lessons of Lent and the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, whose resurrection is being celebrated.

According to him, “Easter is a sacred period that reminds us of the virtues of love, sacrifice, humility, forgiveness, and hope. As Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, I urge them to pray earnestly for Nigeria and its leaders, for divine intervention in our national life.”

Ajia further encouraged Christians to reflect Christ-like attributes in their daily lives, adding that living by the teachings and exemplary life of Jesus would foster peace, unity, and collective progress.

“This season calls for sober reflection, national rebirth, and renewed commitment to righteousness and patriotism. Our nation is in need of healing and restoration, and prayers from every citizen, particularly during this holy period, are crucial,” he added.

Ajia, a renowned businessman and philanthropist, concluded by wishing all Christians a peaceful and joyous Easter celebration, while expressing hope for a more prosperous and united Nigeria.
