Governor Inuwa Yahaya Condemns Murder of Reverend Bala Galadima, Orders Security Crackdown on Perpetrators

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has strongly condemned the brutal killing of Reverend Bala Galadima, the presiding pastor of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Lubo, Yamaltu/Deba Local Government Area.

This is contained in a statement signed by Ismaila Uba Misilli, Director-General, Press Affairs fo Governor Inuwa Yahaya stated that, Reverend Galadima was tragically murdered in the early hours of Sunday by suspected armed robbers who attacked his residence.

Expressing deep sorrow over the incident, Governor Yahaya described the act as barbaric and a threat to the peace and security that Gombe State has long enjoyed. He assured the people that the government would not relent in its fight against crime and insecurity.

“We will not allow criminals to destabilize our state. I have directed security agencies to leave no stone unturned in tracking down those responsible and bringing them to justice,” the Governor stated.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to ensuring the safety of all residents and vowed to intensify efforts to root out criminal elements.

On behalf of the government and the people of Gombe State, Governor Yahaya extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the ECWA Church, and the entire Christian community. He prayed for the soul of the deceased to rest in peace and for divine comfort for those mourning his loss.
