Ẹkan, Akoko North East — The political momentum behind Hon. Afọlabi Abdulateef Momoh Mogaji’s senatorial bid gathered greater strength on Tuesday as the seasoned politician met with executives of Ẹkan Ward in continuation of his wide-ranging grassroots consultations across Akoko North East Senatorial District.

The event, which marked Day Two of Mogaji’s political consultations, provided a powerful platform for the aspirant to officially declare his intention to contest for the Senate seat representing Akoko North East Senatorial District. The meeting drew an impressive turnout of party executives, women leaders, and community stakeholders, who collectively pledged their unflinching support for his candidacy.

In a passionate address, Hon. Mogaji reiterated his steadfast commitment to the progress and empowerment of his constituents, promising to ensure fairness, equity, and inclusiveness in the distribution of opportunities and developmental projects.

“Your betterment and development shall be my priority, and I will ensure the equitable distribution of available opportunities,” he declared, earning a standing ovation from attendees.

The Ward executives, in their collective response, commended Hon.
