Omotayo Visits Ogun State Commissioner of Police

1 Mins read

Hon. Sodiq Adewale Omotayo — an aspirant for the House of Representatives (Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency) — paid a courtesy visit to the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Ogunlowo, PhD, at the State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta.

The meeting focused on deepening collaboration between political leaders, community stakeholders, and the Ogun State Police Command to strengthen security, protect lives and property, and create an enabling environment for business and development across the state and in the Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency.

Hon. Omotayo commended CP Lanre Ogunlowo for his leadership and reiterated his own commitment — as a House of Representatives aspirant — to work closely with security agencies to support community policing, improve reporting channels, and boost youth engagement programs that deter crime.

Hon. Omotayo also appreciated the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Omolola Odutola, for her dedication to promoting transparent communication between the police and the public.

> “Security is the backbone of development. For our communities to thrive, we must support and cooperate with the Nigeria Police Force. I deeply appreciate CP Ogunlowo and the Ogun State Command for their sacrifice and service,” Hon. Omotayo said.

This engagement is part of Hon. Omotayo’s ongoing outreach to security, community, and civic leaders as he advances his campaign to represent Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
