In a carnival-like event that took place in Ada, Boripe Local Government of Osun State, Omoluabi Progressives in ward seven and eight, Ada, Boripe LG tested their political capability, weight and popularity again as they gathered heavy crowd to receive their own son Omooba Amb.Oyedele Sunday who visited his home town. The crowd and heavy hold up from Igbajo roundabout, Ada down to Late Col. Tunde Oyedele’s house, the venue of the meeting was unprecedented.
During the meeting, Mr Felix Omoniyi, ward 7 Chairman, and Mr Ali David Abiodun, ward 8 Chairman, Omoluabi Progressives welcome all the visitors that grace the occasion and also welcome Omooba Oyedele Sunday to his home town Ada. Those that spoke during the event express their happiness and joy seeing one of their leaders at home and also promise to stand with Omoluabi Progressives anytime any day. They equally assured the gathering to work with Any political party Omoluabi Progressives brought to their table. They also extoll the virtue of the former Governor of Osun State Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, promised that anywhere is going, they are ready to follow him.
The Boripe LG Chairman, Omoluabi Progressives who was ably represented at the occasion by Mr Oladimeji Akeem and Mr Babatunde Rasaqfrom Iree, in Osun State welcome the visitor to his home town and enjoying all the members to be strong in the spirit, remain steady fast and be loyal to the party whenever the party comes.
In his own words, Omooba Amb. Oyedele Sunday, who is a strong member of Omoluabi Progressives in Osun, who also doubled as the Director General Forum of Omoluabi Broadcasters (FOB) who was seen physical happy thanks the crowd that gathered to receive him back home. Omooba Oyedele also praised the efforts of the two wards in Boripe LG in ensuring that Omoluabi Progressives was well grounded in Ada that housed the two wards.
While commending the former Governor of Osun State His Excellence Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji for being focused politically, Omooba Oyedele equally attested to the fact that he is a man to follow because of his political sagacity and wisdom.
He said as far as Osun State is concerned presently now, Aregbesola is a man to recon with and no one can beat that.
Oyedele stressed further that with Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola track record and his past antecedents in Osun State and Nigeria at large, he has captured the minds of people of Osun State for good
He reiterated that very soon the Abuja convention will bring the party and work will start immediately to reclaim Osun State back to her glory.
He emphasized the needs for people to work for the progress of our coming party, that whoever work shall also benefit. Oyedele said members should not relent in their efforts and should not loose focus because success is at the corner. He finally prayed that Almighty God will protect all to witness the success.
The event that was characterized with drums, different songs of Omoluabi with dancing steps, happiness and joy was witness by men, women old aged, youth, sons and daughters of Ada land and members of Omoluabi Progressives from the two wards of Boripe LG and beyond.
