Sununu, Oloyede, Others to Grace Public Lecture in Honour of Prof. Abdulrasheed Na’Allah, Outgoing VC, UniAbuja

The Minister of Education for State, Dr Yusuf Tanko Sununu, the Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, (JAMB), Prof Is-haq Oloyede, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola and Senator Saliu Mustapha, will on June 3, attend a public lecture in honour of the outgoing Vice Chancellor of the University of Abuja, Prof Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah.

The event which will take place at the university’s permanent site with the Vice Chancellor of University of Ilorin, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN as Guest Speaker, would also be attended by the Senator representing FCT, Hajia Ireti Kingibe and the Executive Secretary of TETfund, Architect Sonny Echono.

The Public Lecture, organised by El-Mavericky Centre for Educational Research and Development, is tagged: A March to the Future: Addressing Issues of University Administration in Post Subsidy-Nigeria’.

The Executive Director of the Centre, Sulayman Nafiu, in a statement made available to TimeNigeria stated that the feedback from the lecture would further assist the government in policy formulation that will spark education growth in the country.

The press statement further added that the Chairman Senate Committe on Tertiary Education and TETfund, Senator Dandutse Muntari and Acting Executive Secretary of the agency, Mr Chris Maiyaki, amongst other dignitaries would grace the lecture.
