1 Mins read

International philanthropist and business tycoon, Chief Dr Magdalene Nwaka Agada, has described the Taraba State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Bodia Gbansheya Buma, as a visionary medical expert and astute administrator deserving of being celebrated.
“I, therefore, gladly join Dr Buma’s family and multitude of friends across the world in celebrating him on the occasion of his birth anniversary today, Friday, May 10, 2024,” Mrs Agada said in a press statement issued from her base in New York, USA.
She hailed Dr Buma’s vision and achievements as Taraba State Commissioner for Health, saying: “I will like to use this opportunity to felicitate with, and congratulate him on, his hard work, leadership qualities and the good job that he is doing as a vibrant Commissioner for Health, working passionately and devotedly to ensure the wellbeing of the good people of Taraba State.”

Mrs. Agada, President and Founder of the Open Hands Amazing Charitable Organization New York, USA, UK and Nigeria, also praised Dr. Buma for the giant strides of his Ministry, especially in the wide coverage of the Ministry’s Immunisation programmes and the Mobile Health Clinic.

She noted that Dr. Buma’s sterling performance as Commissioner for Health “is not surprising, considering his wide experience and reputation as an internationally respected Anaesthesia Specialist before he answered the call to return home to serve his people.”

Mrs. Agada wished Dr. Buma “more successes in the years ahead and many more years of life and good health to enable him continue his good work for the good people of Taraba state, humanity as a whole.”
