PDP Youth Concern Forum Gombe Urges Atiku to Prioritize Youth Inclusion Ahead of 2027 Elections

The Gombe State chapter of the People Democratic Party Youth Concern Forum, under the leadership of Jamilu Adamu Danjarida, has called on former Nigerian Vice President and Waziri of Adamawa, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, to prioritize the inclusion of youth in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking at a press conference held at AY Guest House Gombe, the group reiterated its unwavering support and cooperation with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at all levels also emphasized the need for greater youth involvement in party structures and political positions.

The forum pledged full participation in all PDP activities moving forward and encouraged party leaders to consider empowering youth with more leadership opportunities.

In a bold appeal, the forum even suggested that if necessary, Atiku should consider stepping aside to allow younger candidates a chance to contest and lead.
