The All Progressives Congress Initiative for Good Governance (APC-IGG), under the dynamic leadership of its National President, Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his recent conferment with the highest national honor, the Knight Commander of the Order of Saint Lucia by the Government of Saint Lucia.

In a statement released in Abuja, Ambassador Tsoken described the prestigious award as a “fitting recognition” of President Tinubu’s transformational leadership, both at home and abroad, as well as his unwavering commitment to democratic values, good governance, and regional cooperation.

“This honor is not only a testament to President Tinubu’s global stature but also an affirmation of his tireless efforts in advancing Africa’s role on the global stage,” Tsoken stated. “We, at APC-IGG, are proud to celebrate a leader whose vision for Nigeria aligns with regional progress and international solidarity.”

The APC-IGG further emphasized that the President’s state visit to Saint Lucia goes beyond ceremonial significance. According to the group, it opens a new chapter of strategic bilateral relations between Nigeria and Saint Lucia, especially in the areas of trade, tourism, education, and cultural exchange.

“President Tinubu’s visit to Saint Lucia provides a golden opportunity to deepen socio-economic cooperation between our two nations. We foresee mutual benefits in investment partnerships, increased tourism, and enhanced collaboration in sectors like renewable energy, education, and ICT,” the statement read.

The APC-IGG noted that the Caribbean island nation, with its growing reputation as a business-friendly and tourism-driven economy, shares cultural and historical ties with Nigeria that can be harnessed for shared development. “This renewed engagement paves the way for greater African-Caribbean synergy in addressing common challenges and leveraging economic opportunities,” Ambassador Tsoken added.

As Nigeria continues its journey toward economic stability and growth under the Renewed Hope Agenda, the APC-IGG expressed confidence that such international recognitions and partnerships will serve as catalysts for socio-economic progress at home.

“On behalf of APC-IGG and millions of progressive Nigerians, we congratulate President Tinubu on this well-deserved honor. May it further energize him to steer Nigeria toward inclusive growth, regional leadership, and global prominence,” Ambassador Tsoken concluded.
