Udeh Bags Prestigious Leadership Peace Award 2025

Pharm. Judith Ngozi Udeh, Principal Manager (Marketing) at Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited and Founder of the company’s Hospital and Institutional Business, has been honoured with the Leadership Peace Award of Excellence 2025 for her outstanding contributions to peacebuilding and transformational leadership.

The award, presented by the Coalition of Nigerian Women Forum for Peace and Good Governance at a ceremony held at Peace Media Hotel, Abuja, celebrated Udeh’s remarkable impact in healthcare marketing, hospital and institutional outreach, and youth engagement, including the Geneith Health Competition.

Recognising her pioneering role in the launch of new pharmaceutical products at the 97th Annual Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) Conference in Uyo, the Coalition praised Udeh for reinforcing Geneith’s reputation for integrity, affordability, and innovation in the Nigerian healthcare sector.

In her acceptance speech, Udeh expressed gratitude to the Coalition and dedicated the honour to her team.

Udeh further called attention to the plight of the Nigerian girl child, noting that the struggles faced in early life often persist into adulthood.

“Women deserve a fair and supportive environment to thrive at every stage of life,” she added.

She acknowledged the support of Chief Emmanuel Umenwa, Chairman of Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Prince Cletus Ilobanafor, MD/Founder of CEOAFRICA, for their roles in her career and the success of the Geneith Health Competition.

The Coalition described Udeh as “a trailblazer and catalyst for positive change”, stressing that the award not only recognises her past achievements but also challenges her to greater service in advancing peace, good governance, and healthcare development in Nigeria.
