TeamNigeria4Change is a Pan-Nigeria grassroots movement and socio-political group committed to advocating for good governance, peace, national unity, and community-based interventions for the less privileged.

The Group is led by its National President, Otunba Bestman Nze-Jumbo, a marketing communication expert, consultant on alternative security, and APC stalwart. The group has been operating nationwide for over 15 years and impacting communities as well as lives through different programmes.

TeamNigeria4Change as part of its mandate to deepen democratic rule and promote good governance usually organises voter’s education to mobilize eligible citizens to register and participate in voting process. The Group also championed #VoteDon’tFight campaign to prevent violence during the general elections and off-cycle elections across the country.

As part of efforts to increase voters turnout for the forthcoming 2027 elections, the Group is planning to organise voters awareness programmes in six geo-political zones to sensitise the people in order to reduce voters’ apathy and encourage high turnout of people for the polls

Apart from that, the Pan-Nigeria socio-political group introduced palliative food distribution during COVID-19 lockdown and sustained the good initiative during festive periods such as Christmas, Ileya, Easter and others to bring relief to vulnerable households in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria.

In 2023, TeamNigeria4Change organised Youth Development Summit to empower youth, young entrepreneurs and women. The one-day workshop tagged ‘Lagos, a goldmine for the youths’ held at the banquet hall of Excellence Hotel, Ogba, Lagos provided a platform to showcase opportunities for jobs and business for youths.

Excitedly, some youths, business men/women and artisans that attend the workshop continued to reference it as a turn pointing in their lives. Job seekers became employers of labour while entrepreneurs expanded their businesses and network.

Beyond this, TeamNigeria4Change recently carried market outreach in major markets in Lagos by distributing aprons to support the market men/women and complement Governor Sanwo-Olu’s empowerment for informal sector.

Just last month, the group launched ‘One Tank One Community’ campaign to dispense free fuel for commercial drivers driving public transport including buses, Keke NAPEP, Marwa and motorcycles. This is initiative is designed to support their business and bring relief amidst high cost of petrol due to Israel-Iran conflict.

No wonder, the President of TeamNigeria4Change, Otunba Bestman Nze-Jumbo has been recognised by many prominent organisations for his contributions in peace building, humanitarian activities and community impacts.
