Seun Odunlami Emerges Treasurer, Ogun NUJ Federated Chapel

Comrade Seun Odunlami has been elected as the Treasurer of the Federated Chapel of Ogun NUJ, alongside two other executive members, during a bye-election held at the Nigeria Union of Journalists’ (NUJ) Secretariat in Abeokuta. The election took place on Thursday, March 21, 2024, during the chapel’s monthly congress at Iwe Irohin House, Oke Ilewo.

The process was overseen by Comrade Bunmi Adigun, the Secretary of the Council, and witnessed by previously elected executive members of the Federated Chapel and members of Federated Chapel who were present at the congress.

Comrade Seun Odunlami, known for his cool-headedness and vibrancy as a journalist, will be joined by Comrade Abdulgafar and Comrade Gbenga, who were elected as Secretary and Financial Secretary, respectively.

Their primary goal is to uphold the ethics and standards of journalism in Ogun State while promoting the welfare and interests of the chapel’s members.
