AAT University Opens 2026/2027 Undergraduate Admission Screening

Prospective students seeking quality university education have been invited to apply for admission into Abdulrasaq Abubakar Toyin University (AAT University) as the institution officially opens its 2026/2027 undergraduate admission screening exercise.

According to information released by the university, the admission screening registration commenced on June 5, 2026, and will close on July 26, 2026. Interested candidates are expected to complete their applications online through the institution’s admission portal.

The university stated that the screening exercise is open to candidates who selected AAT University as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE) admission process. Candidates willing to change their first-choice institution to AAT University are also eligible to apply.

To qualify, applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026, and possess a minimum of five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects obtained in not more than two sittings.
The institution announced that the screening fee is ₦2,000, which is non-refundable.

Prospective candidates are required to visit the university’s admission portal at portal.aatu.edu.ng to complete their registration and print the necessary acknowledgement and payment receipts upon successful submission.

Highlighting the university’s strengths, the management noted that AAT University offers National Universities Commission (NUC)-approved academic programmes, a modern learning environment, industry-relevant curricula, and a strong commitment to global citizenship education. The institution also emphasized its dedication to providing excellent student support services aimed at nurturing future leaders.

In a statement accompanying the admission announcement, the university encouraged prospective students to take advantage of the opportunity, stressing that admission into AAT University represents more than earning a degree, but becoming part of a community committed to academic excellence, leadership development, and societal impact.
