A respected public figure, Ambassador Tsoken holds several prestigious titles and professional fellowships, including Commonwealth Society Ambassador (CWSA), Fellow Public Policy Analyst (FPPA), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (FCIPDM), among others.
