APC-IGG Endorses President Tinubu, Declares Support for 2027 Reelection Bid

1 Mins read

The All Progressives Congress International Global Group (APC-IGG) has formally endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, citing his strategic vision and impactful policies as key drivers of Nigeria’s growth and development. The group’s endorsement reflects a strong show of confidence in the president’s leadership, particularly in areas such as Economic Revitalization, Agricultural Development, Security and Stability, Education and Human Capital, Infrastructure Development, and Business Growth and International Cooperation.

Speaking on behalf of APC-IGG, its National President, Ambassador Musa Muhammed Tsoken, emphasized President Tinubu’s transformative economic policies, highlighting significant achievements in economic reforms, infrastructure expansion, and human capital development. He described the president’s leadership as a beacon of hope, positioning Nigeria for sustainable progress.

In reaction to the endorsement, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, hailed the APC-IGG’s support as a testament to the president’s impactful governance. This endorsement is a reflection of President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s advancement. His policies on economic revitalization and security enhancement are already making a tangible difference in the lives of Nigerians. The APC-IGG’s recognition of these efforts underscores the credibility of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda and the trust reposed in it by both local and international stakeholders, Akume stated.

He further noted that the president’s leadership continues to attract backing from diverse quarters, reinforcing his administration’s resolve to foster stability, prosperity, and inclusive development.

The APC-IGG’s endorsement also signals a strong counterforce against opposition efforts, particularly from key political figures such as Nasir El-Rufai, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi. The group suggested that any such opposition might lack significant impact and could, instead, serve to galvanize even greater support for President Tinubu and the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.

Ambassador Tsoken and his team, composed of renowned professionals and academics worldwide, have pledged to remain steadfast in ensuring the success of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. Their commitment, along with growing national and international support, underscores the administration’s increasing momentum and solidifies the president’s prospects for re-election in 2027.
