Dr. Yakubu praised Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration for the “unprecedented achievements” recorded across the sector, describing Kwara as a pacesetter in the provision of sound and quality healthcare services. He highlighted the rehabilitation, refurbishment and equipping of Primary Health Care Centres across the 16 local government areas, the upgrading of General Hospitals in the three senatorial districts, and the transformation of the Ilorin General Hospital into a full-fledged teaching hospital as clear testimonies of the state’s commitment.
“These milestones demonstrate the governor’s unwavering dedication to ensuring quality and accessible healthcare delivery for all Kwarans,” he said.
