OSOGRAM ALUMNI : Afolabi Hits  Ground Running as He Present #600, 000 Cheque Students Scholarship

The Osogbo Grammar School Alumni Association 1989 Set led by their Chairman Comrade Moshood Abiodun Afolabi who also doubled as the Chief Registrar, College of Health Technology Ilesa has presented the students Scholarship Cheque of about 1million Naira to the management of Osogbo Grammar School.

During the brief and memorable event, Comrade Moshood emphasized the needs to gave back to the society especially the root of their educational carrier. He stressed further that the Scholarship is basically to pay for fifteen (15) students of the school this year West Africa Examination Council (WAEC.) as some students may not be able to pay for their WAEC. Comrade Moshood use the occasion to call on all the Alumni of the school to always have the spirit of giving back not only to the school but society at large and see it as service to humanity.

The School Principal Mrs Olatunji F.C who received the delegations thanks them immensely for their kind gesture toward the students and the school. She also used the occasion to prayed for all the delegations and members of ’89 set of the school.

Among the delegations were the Newly elected Chairman of the Alumni, Comrade Moshood Abiodun Afolabi, Mr Adewale Adebayo, Mr Dada Olusegun Oyewole and Mrs Olaore Funmilayo.The brief, well packaged and colourful event ended with group photography with school management.
