PDP Commiserates With Hon. Ibrahim Ajia Over Mother’s Death

1 Mins read

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State expresses deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the House of Representatives candidate of our party for Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Ajia, on the passing of his beloved mother and matriarch of the Ajia family, Alhaja Maryam Mohammed Ajia.

In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Olusegun Olusola Adewara, the party sympathizes with the security expert and PDP stalwart, Hon. Ajia, over this painful loss noting that passing of Alhaja Maryam is not only a loss to her immediate family but also to all who were privileged to encounter her virtuous life and motherly presence.

Alhaja Maryam was a pious woman and a devoted Muslim, whose life of prayers, moral guidance, and uprightness greatly influenced the thriving career and character of Hon. Ajia—both during his years in the police force, his exploits in the private sector, and his selfless political engagements.

She was a true mother figure whose nurturing spirit and godly upbringing shaped a family rooted in values, service, and compassion. We urge the family to take solace in the fact that she lived a fulfilled life and left behind a legacy of dignity, humility, and faith.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ajia family during this moment of grief. We pray that Almighty Allah comforts Hon. Ibraheem Ajia, all her loved ones, and grants the deceased Aljannatul Firdaus.
