Pharmacist Ajanigo Sani Urges Nigerians Over 40 to Embrace Routine Medical Checks

The Chief Executive Officer of NIGOSAN Health and Wellness Centre Lokoja, Pharmacist Ajanigo Sani has called for periodical medical checkup to detect and avert serious health challenges that can surface in the future.

Pharmacist Sanni gave the advice in an interview with newsmen in Lokoja.

She said human anatomy is similar to mechanical device that requires periodic servicing, warning that an act of negligence can leads to catastrophic results.

The Pharmacist advised those who have attained the age of fourty to go for routine checks at least four times in a year.

According to her, vital signs such as lipid profile, blood pressure, glucose levels and others are necessary to avert total breakdown of the system.

She also emphasized that those with blood pressure issue are to check at least once in at month or procure personal device to monitor both sugar and blood pressure.

Pharmacist Sani recommended Stem Cell Products and supplements to rejuvenate weak or dieing cells to make the body bounce back to normalcy.
