The APC Initiative for Good Governance has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on his recent appointment as the Board Chairman of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

In a statement signed by the National President of the group, Amb. Musa Muhammed Tsoken, and his media aide, Isaac Jacob, the Initiative lauded Ganduje’s leadership prowess, administrative expertise, and commitment to national development.

The statement highlighted Ganduje’s transformative achievements as the former Governor of Kano State, emphasizing his role in fostering peace, stability, and economic growth. It expressed confidence that his appointment to FAAN would bring a new era of excellence and progress in Nigeria’s aviation sector.

The APC Initiative for Good Governance described Ganduje’s appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his contributions to governance and national development. The group wished him continued success, wisdom, and favor in his new capacity.

Dr. Ganduje, a seasoned administrator, served as the Governor of Kano State from 2015 to 2023, where he spearheaded numerous infrastructural projects and economic initiatives that reshaped the state’s development trajectory. His new role at FAAN is expected to leverage his vast experience to enhance Nigeria’s aviation infrastructure and policies.

The appointment has been met with widespread commendation from political and industry stakeholders, who anticipate strategic improvements in the aviation sector under Ganduje’s leadership.
