NIPR Celebrates Chief Makanjuola at 70

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has eulogised a veteran broadcast journalist and public relations professional, Chief Moji Makanjuola at her 70th birthday.

At a brief ceremony at the home of Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris in Kaduna this evening, President of NIPR, Dr. Ike Neliaku extolled the celebrant for her years of active service in broadcast journalism where she has used her talent to serve the nation in health reporting.

The President described Aunty Moji, as she is popularly called, as a thoroughbred professional who has continued to serve as a role model to younger professionals, praying for long life and good health upon her.

He also expressed gratitude to the Honourable Minister for graciously hosting the delegation comprising members of the Institute’s Governing Council and senior practitioners.

The Minister congratulated Aunty Moji, a Fellow-designate of NIPR for her decades of footprint of excellence and diligence in her journalism career, praying for God’s continuous protection.

The celebrant who was full of happiness appreciated the Minister and the Institute’s leadership for the show of love in a way she never expected.
