Kogi-West Senator-Elect, Sunday Karimi Thanks Electorates, Promises to Deliver on Good Governance

Electorates in Kogi State have been described as the true hero of democracy whose civic responsibilities at the polls have produced candidates to represent them at various levels of government.

The newly elected senator of the Western Senatorial District of Kogi State, Senator Sunday Karimi stated this during his visit to the people of his constituency in appreciation of their turn out during the election to vote the All Progressive Congress candidates.

He thanked the electorates for their love for the party and emphasized that he will stick to his campaign promises to create the difference in the political history of the state.

The newly elected senator thanked all the traditional rulers in his district, party leaders and all his surporters emphasizing that the collective efforts of the people had resulted to the resounding victory of the party.

Mr karimi stressed that he will maintained an open door policy inorder to feel the pulse of the people and urged opposition to join hands as patriotic citizens whose sole ambition is to see to the development of the nation.

The senator elect also congratulated the newly elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Hamed Bola Tinubu on his victory in the just concluded election and urged Nigerians irrespective of ethnicity, religious and social status to cooperate with him to recreate a country that the citizens would be proud of.
